        Hwy. 128 connects with Navarro Ridge Road about 12 miles before the ocean but is not                          considered passable for most vehicles.  Internet sites such as MapQuest and Google Maps give this as the shortest route – HOWEVER, for your own safety, please do not take this route, but continue all the way to Hwy. 1 and connect with Navarro Ridge Road from there.
