The purpose of The Lord’s Land is to provide a place for individuals, small groups and families to come away and be with the Lord Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 40:31; Psalm 46:10)
RESERVATION/PAYMENT POLICIES
A Reservation was made with you verbally. If paying by Credit/Debit Card, your Credit Card number authorizes 50% of your total stay on the date of your initial call. If paying by Check or Money Order, your payment within seven days holds your reservation, and the remainder is due upon arrival. If paying with Check or Money Order a Credit/Debit Card number is required for a security hold. No shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer your deposit to another date one time (within one year). To transfer your deposit, you must call at least two weeks prior to your reserved date of stay. A two-month notice is required to transfer a Big House and/or multiple cabin reservation. If you do not contact us in the allotted amount of time stated above, the full amount of your reserved stay becomes consumed and cannot be transferred to another date.

There is a two-night minimum with a ten-day maximum stay limitation. Prayer cabin has a five-night maximum stay limitation.

To avoid potential conflicts and costs please contact us immediately if you anticipate any changes in your reservation (i.e. number of people coming, length of stay, etc.).
DEPOSITS/FEES
Deposits are one-half the fee for your entire stay. Your deposit and signed Reservation Form must be returned/confirmed within 7 days to secure your reservation, or you could be subject to cancellation.

*Taxes include: 10% Bed Tax and 1% BID Tax
*Group retreat rate is for groups of 21 people or more using cabins to maximum occupancy.
**A cleaning deposit of $250.00 is charged to those renting the Big House cabin and to groups renting multiple cabins. This deposit is due upon reservation and is refundable within seven working days after the date of stay, provided that the cabin was cleaned according to the cleaning checklist and there were no damages

OFFICE HOURS
9am to 5pm Tuesday - Friday. Call 707-937-5700 during these hours for reservations or information
Winter hours between October and April are 1pm to 5pm.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4pm to 10pm. Please come to the Welcome Cabin/Office when you arrive, and contact us using the yellow walkie-talkie provided. For privacy and safety reasons always contact a staff member or pick up your welcome letter before proceeding to your designated cabin. Cabin balance is due in full upon arrival. If you check-in after 10pm, we will have a welcome letter, including map, waiting for you by the yellow walkie-talkie. Please contact us the next day for payment. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Very important information regarding your stay at The Lord’s Land
Travel Note:
Hwy. 128 connects with Navarro Ridge Road about 12 miles before the ocean but is not considered passable for most vehicles. When checking the Internet it may give this as the shortest route – HOWEVER, for your own safety, please do not take this route, but continue all the way to Hwy. 1 and connect with Navarro Ridge Road from there.
What to Bring to the Lord’s Land:
Flashlight, food and toiletries. We are close to the ocean so be prepared for cool as well as warm weather – bring layered clothing. We now provide the bedding for all beds (top/bottom sheet, pillow/pillow case + one blanket) in the cabins and bath towels for each person staying. To keep our towels in top condition please bring additional towels for beach and recreational use. If you desire, please bring additional blankets for warmth as each cabin is heated by a wood stove. Also, we ask that no shoes be worn in the cabins however socks or slippers are permitted.
Inform Others in Your Group:
We hold our guests accountable for keeping the guidelines on the Information Sheet. You are responsible for informing everyone in your group about our guidelines.

Quiet time hours are between 10pm and 8am, please be considerate of others needs

All alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Please respect the privacy of others and do not intrude on their time, space or surrounding area. Your right of access is limited to your cabin and the common areas.

Please do not change or add to the interior or exterior of any cabin.
Phone Use:
We do not have a public phone, but you are welcome to use your calling card from the Welcome Cabin phone. There is a public telephone at Albion Market, 1 mile north on Hwy. 1.
Rights of The Lord’s Land:
We reserve the option to move your reservation to another suitable cabin, if necessary. We reserve the right to deny any group or individual to be on the property. We hold all our guests accountable for keeping the guidelines on the Information Sheets.
Cabin Cleaning:
To help us maintain the cabins efficiently we ask that you follow the guidelines on the cleaning sheet we provide upon check-in.
Liability Waiver:
By signing the Reservation Form you indicate that you have read, understand and agree to the following statement: The Lord’s Land has rugged terrain and rustic cabins. Due to the effects of time, use and the environment the land and the cabins may be in need of repair. The Lord’s Land is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses that may befall any individual while staying on the land. By signing the Reservation Form, you take full responsibility for each person in your family or group that will be here during the schedules date of stay.
